If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of your order for a full refund less any outgoing shipping costs.

Starting Your Return Process:
All returns require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please email home@growingdays.com to receive your RMA number.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. On orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returning an item.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return. Include a copy of your receipt, along with your RMA number and reason for return. Make sure your items are properly packaged so no damage occurs during transit.
For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within the 30 day period in their original condition; including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Returns not complying with the above conditions will be subject to a restocking fee. Some merchandise may be listed as final sale, and these items are not returnable.
If you refuse delivery for any reason a refund will be issued once we confirm the items are back in our possession. You will not receive a refund for the shipping and in a case where you received free shipping the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
