Shipping & Return Policy


Most of our items come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. All art prints and original art, area rugs, lighting, wallpaper and fabric are final sale, no returns.


Products shipping directly from Growing Days Home are typically processed and transferred to the shipping carrier within 2 business days of purchase (though we kindly ask for up to 5 business days during our large sales and new product launches). Some products will ship directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed and ship out. Please make sure the address entered for your order is correct, including your Paypal address if you checkout via Paypal, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order or may not be able to be changed. Orders may ship in multiple packages, from multiple destinations.

Growing Days Home provides tracking on all orders. Growing Days Home is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

Flat rate shipping is $8.95 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping, with the exception of particularly heavy or large items, such as area rugs. Heavy and Large items are subject to a Heavy Ship charge based on the size and weight of the item. The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Oversold Items: 

In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order.


If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of your original order date for a full refund less any outgoing shipping costs. Returns are not available for any custom ordered item such as area rugs, wallpaper, fabric, lighting and all art (Original Art and Art Prints). These items are final sale. At this time, exchanges must be placed as a new order, and your original order will be refunded after we’ve received and inspected the item.

We try our best to ensure items are packaged to arrive safely but if you receive an item that has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us at so we can make it right. Please be sure to take photos of the shipping box, the packaging and the item.

If you refuse delivery for any reason a refund will be issued once we confirm the items are back in our possession. You will not receive a refund for the shipping and in a case where you received free shipping the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the original order date. Returns are eligible for a store credit or return to original form of payment, less any shipping charges. Returns must be in their original saleable condition, unused and include any original packaging, documentation and accessories. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Growing Days Home is not responsible for customer return shipments that arrive back to our address broken, or are delayed or lost in transit. We highly recommend return shipments are sent via a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities and that the customer retains a receipt for shipment. Once we receive an eligible return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your credit or refund. To start a return, please follow the steps below:
