Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Products shipping directly from Tamara Day Design (candles, apparel) are typically processed and transferred to the shipping carrier within 2 business days of purchase (though we kindly ask for up to 5 business days during our large sales and new product launches). Some products will ship directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed and ship out. Orders may ship in multiple packages, from multiple destinations.

We provide tracking on all eligible orders. We are not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

Shipping is calculated based on product category and/or order total. The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Please refer back to this page for the current policy.

Oversold Items: 

In the event that the item you purchased was oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order.

COMPLETE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the original order date. You may return an item in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund less any outgoing shipping costs and restocking fees. Returns are not available for any custom ordered item such as area rugs, wallpaper, fabric, lighting, certain home decor items, and all art (Original Art and Art Prints). These items are final sale. In the case that you received free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for customer return shipments that arrive broken or are delayed or lost in transit. 

We try our best to ensure items are packaged to arrive safely but if you receive an item that has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us at retail@tamaraday.com. Please be sure to take photos of the shipping box, the packaging and the damaged item.

Steps to return: 

  1. Email retail@tamaraday.com
  2. Provide the following:
    • Your order number
    • Date of order
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for your return
    • If you’d like store credit or a refund back to your original payment method.
  3. You will receive a return label. Package and ship your item with the new return label.

Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
